We’re now getting ready for 2015, when we’re going back to Recife, Olinda, Porto de Galinhas, and Natal (the students loved 2014 SO much, we thought we should do it again! – see “blog” for their comments).
Here’s the info:
Program details: Recife, capital of the northeastern state of Pernambuco, is a tropical city with approximately three million inhabitants. Often called “Brazilian Venice” because of its many waterways and bridges, Recife is a large metropolis with white sandy beaches. Recife has an effervescent cultural scene, with flourishing music, dance, and cuisine. It has played an important role in Brazil’s history and is now its fifth largest metropolis and one of its strongest economies.
Tentative travel dates: May 31 – June 26, 2015.
We’ll be updating this one to reflect what happened in 2014 – just so you’ll have an idea.
